Junior Oilers White Crowned Back-to-Back Provincial Champions

The Edmonton Junior Oilers White have once again proven themselves as the top AFHL U18 AAA team in Alberta, claiming their second consecutive provincial championship.

Dominating the AFHL this season, the Junior Oilers lost just once in 28 games — and even that was an overtime loss — solidifying their place at the top of the league standings, with an impressive +98 goal differential. Now, they set their sights on Nationals, where they’ll look to build on last year’s historic Esso Cup bronze medal finish.

In 2024, the Junior Oilers became the first Edmonton team in a decade to compete at the Esso Cup, leaving a lasting impact with their impressive performance. With another dominant season behind them, they’re ready to take on the best in the country once again.
